If you are not happy with your purchase we are willing to provide a refund and exchange service under the following conditions:
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact us immediately at info@diykitsclub.com. You need to provide:
We will arrange a replacement for your damaged item at no cost to you. But the damage caused by the customer will be issued an extra fee for replacement.
Process Time of Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It will take 3-14 business days after we approve your request.
But it will take another processing time for your payment bank to deal with the refund. If you have any questions about when you will receive the refund, please contact your bank for further details.
Change or Cancel Order
If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will deal with it once we receive your message. Please note: Orders have been sent out cannot be modified or canceled.
Note: Please get in touch with us at info@diykitsclub.com before returning the package. We will then arrange your refund accordingly. Kindly note that we are only able to provide after-sales service within 30 days after the package has been delivered. Thank you for your understanding.
